Tanzania Network Information Center is the manager of dot tz ccTLD. I work as a Technical contact for dot tz domain. My responsibilities are to deploy, maintain, and operate technical activities of the registry.

Well, being a registry operator we operate Open Source Technologies in every aspect of our operations. For OS, we mainly use debian Ubuntu and a bit of FreeBSD. For internet connections we have dual links to two different providers where we run BGP. Both our upstream providers use Seacom and Eassy to the Internet.
